An immersive sound system designed to bring Hogsalt’s unmistakable Chicago hospitality to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
Chicago Character, Las Vegas Setting
When Hogsalt Hospitality brought Bavette’s to Las Vegas, the goal was to translate the character of its celebrated Chicago steakhouse into a completely different setting. Located inside Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant creates an intimate world of its own, separating guests from the energy of the surrounding casino floor.
Pineapple Audio designed and integrated an audio system to support that transition. Rather than feeling like another layer of casino entertainment, the music becomes part of Bavette’s distinctive hospitality experience — complementing the richly detailed room, food and service while maintaining the personality associated with the original Chicago concept.
THE DESIGN
Sound That Changes the Atmosphere
In a destination surrounded by constant entertainment, Bavette’s required an audio experience that could create its own sense of place.
Pineapple Audio custom speakers, Powersoft amplification, and Xilica DSP were integrated throughout the restaurant to deliver engaging, carefully controlled sound. The system provides enough energy to keep the room alive while remaining balanced with conversation, dining, and the overall experience.
