Located at 1 Music Square W in the heart of Nashville’s historic Music Row, Virgin Hotels Nashville sits within a neighborhood shaped by songwriters, publishers, performers and some of the music industry’s most important institutions.
For a hotel carrying the Virgin name in a city where music is part of everyday life, sound could never be treated as an afterthought. Pineapple Audio designed and installed the hotel and food-and-beverage audio systems to give guests, locals and industry professionals an experience worthy of the address — connecting music, hospitality and entertainment throughout the property.
THE DESIGN
Designed for Music City
Virgin Hotels Nashville brings together a range of spaces with very different personalities, from dining and cocktails to rooftop entertainment, intimate late-night experiences and private events.
Pineapple Audio designed the system around Meyer Sound and VOID Acoustics loudspeakers, Powersoft amplification and Q-SYS control, providing the performance and flexibility needed across Commons Club, The Pool Club, The Late Great and the hotel’s event spaces. The result is an audio environment capable of adapting from dining and conversation to live entertainment and higher-energy programming.
