A high-performance VOID Acoustics system designed to help reinvent one of Taipei’s best-known nightlife addresses for a new generation.
A Nightlife Landmark, Reimagined
Opened in 2015 in the former Luxy nightclub space, OMNI gave one of Taipei’s most established nightlife addresses an entirely new identity. Created by theLOOP, the venue pairs large-scale visual production, lighting and immersive design with a main room built around DJs, dancing and high-energy nightlife.
Pineapple Audio designed and installed a VOID Acoustics system to match that transformation, giving the redesigned club a sound experience capable of standing alongside its ambitious visual production and architectural environment.
THE DESIGN
Sound at the Center of the Experience
OMNI was conceived as more than a traditional nightclub, with audio, lighting, video and interior design working together to create a fully immersive room.
Pineapple Audio integrated VOID Acoustics loudspeakers with Powersoft amplification and Xilica processing to give the club the impact, coverage and control required for a large-scale dance floor. The system provides a powerful foundation for DJs and guests while remaining part of a broader audiovisual experience that helped define OMNI’s new identity.

A New Standard
for a Legendary Space
The finished system helped transform the former Luxy location into a new chapter of Taipei nightlife, giving OMNI the audio performance needed to match its ambitious lighting, visual production and interior design.
Rather than simply preserving the reputation of the address, the new system helped support an experience with an identity entirely its own.
