Built From the Ground Up for Live Music
Located at 405 Broadway in the heart of Nashville’s Lower Broadway entertainment district, JBJ’s Nashville is a five-story, approximately 37,000-square-foot live music, dining and entertainment destination created in partnership with Jon Bon Jovi and BPH Hospitality.
For a venue carrying the name of one of rock music’s most recognizable artists, the technical experience had to meet equally high expectations. Pineapple Audio worked with the project team from the ground-up construction phase to design and build the venue’s AV and entertainment lighting systems, creating an infrastructure capable of supporting live performances, nightlife and everyday hospitality across multiple levels.
THE DESIGN
Performance Without Complexity
A venue of this scale needed professional live-performance capabilities without creating an operating system that was difficult for staff to use or maintain.
Pineapple Audio integrated Meyer Sound loudspeakers, Powersoft amplification, Q-SYS control and Martin entertainment lighting throughout the property, alongside an IPTV distribution system supporting content across the venue. The result combines high-performance audio, visual and lighting technology with centralized control designed for reliability and straightforward day-to-day operation.

The completed system gives JBJ’s the flexibility to host major performances while supporting live music and entertainment throughout the venue.
Bon Jovi themselves took the stage during the venue’s opening festivities, demonstrating the level of performance the system was designed to support. At the same time, the infrastructure allows different areas of the property to maintain their own energy without compromising the experience elsewhere.
