Pisces
NIGHTCLUB · ATLANTA, GEORGIA
A high-performance club system designed to give an intimate Atlanta dance floor a sound experience far bigger than its footprint.
A Legendary Address, Reimagined
Located at 483 Edgewood Ave. in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, Pisces occupies the former home of The Sound Table, a venue that played an important role in the city’s underground food, cocktail and music culture.
Opened by Atlanta DJ Ree de la Vega, Pisces carries that music-first spirit into a new era with a two-level concept built around food, drinks, DJs and dancing. Pineapple Audio designed and installed the nightclub sound system for the intimate downstairs club, giving the compact room the performance foundation needed to host ambitious local programming and touring talent.
THE DESIGN
Big Sound for a Small Room
Pisces presented a clear challenge: create the impact and performance associated with much larger clubs inside a compact, intimate dance-floor environment.
Pineapple Audio integrated a VOID Acoustics system with Powersoft amplification and Xilica DSP, designing the room around clarity, control and physical impact. The result gives DJs a serious playback system while surrounding dancers with an immersive sound experience that makes the room feel much larger than its dimensions suggest.

Draw a Crowd
The finished system gives Pisces the sonic presence needed to support both local and touring DJs while offering Atlanta audiences a club experience centered unapologetically around the music.
In a compact room, every part of the system matters. The result is an intimate connection between DJ, dance floor and sound that turns the venue’s smaller scale into part of its appeal.
